  Can You Raise A Million Dollars for your Business?

  Do you have what it takes to raise a million dollars for your business?  
  Do you have the guts to ask for the money?
  Does your business plan have the elements that will make an investor hungry to get a piece of the action?
  
  Insufficient capital is the number one reason why great ideas never get to market; why passionate entrepreneurs with all the right business pieces still fail; and the greatest challenge when taking a struggling company to be a profit making machine.   Companies need capital to fuel their growth.  
  
  Billions of dollars are invested every year in early stage companies.  Billions more sit on the sidelines and never get invested.   Less than 25% of the businesses that get in front of angel investors and qualify to receive capital actually raise all the capital they are seeking.  Why?
  
  Two reasons: 
  1.  they don't understand what investors are looking for so their great idea and the real potential for their business isn't understood by the investors, so they don't connect.
  2.  they simply do not talk to enough investors.   They starve the potential of their business in ways they would never do that in trying to attract customers, but don't make the connection that they have to attract investors much like they have to attract customers.
