The Virginia Legislative Review of eVA Call-In Show

As a follow-up to our July 16th show in which I reviewed the key findings from the Virginian Legislative assessment of the Commonwealth's web-based procurement system's impact on Small Business, we are today opening the lines so that you can discuss (and even debate) this seminal briefing with other members of the listening audience.
