Hi Janet. Nice meeting you on Sista Talk. I used to think I was organized, but listening to you with writing and everything going on I am a bit cluttered at times and could do with the help. Any way I make some changes to get myself back on tract. Thank you for sharing...

THE POOR PEOPLE'S CAMPAIGN INC My people we must continue to stand as one. For as you all know it is together that we are most powerful. It was together that our people fought, went to jail, and even died for our sake. So it is now more than ever that we must stand taller than ever, and keep the fight that they started alive." "

You have a very interesting topic. Check out my archives "Blacks in the Bible" Job, the oldest Book in the Bible. I prove it occurred during the Flood.

Finding The Time To Get Organized

    Hi Janet,

My dilemma is where to start and finding the time? I have so many unread newspapers and magazines from cooking, travel, trade etc.. but not enough time to sit down and read them.  I can't throw them out ( I donate them) until I go through them.  I have tried organizing by category and importance, but its still the time factor.  There is always something more important get done especially on the weekends.  Any solutions?  Diane

    Diane,

It sounds like organizing is important to you so below are my suggestions:

    1) Start spending 2-3 hour segments purging and organizing your reading materials.  For example schedule from 9am-12pm on Saturday to organize and then have the est of the day to enjoy.

    2) Develop a system to eliminate dated materials.  If I have not read it, thought about it, or looked at it in 6 months it gets thrown out.

    3) If you have a scanner, scan articles you want to keep for future reference.

    Hope these tips help.

    Janet
