Hello James, If I understand your question correctly, you want to know how to find lenders with multiple vendors for funding your deal. You simply want to work with a mortgage broker, preferrably one that offers investor loans and specializes in working with investors. Mortgage brokers have numerous providers that can fund loans versus a bank that would only offer their loan program. You just have more flexibility with brokers. Thanks for your question! Feel free to ask additional questions!
