GrlMomWarndUAbt 3/21/2009 1:49 PM WATCHING ANNIE SPAZ ON TWITTER PISSES ME OFF...I AM CALLING IN SUNDAY... OH HERE IS THE NOTE FROM ANDY...nice work Jason & Nicole... From: "Andy Long" To: "Annie Callahan" Hey there, I'm both emailing this and sending to facebook to make sure you get it. I had some time to think things over on my drive, and there are some things I need to say. I know that you've gone through some terrible things, and that has had a lasting effect on you. It would have a lasting effect on anyone. You are trying your hardest to work through those things. Despite my efforts to help you through them, I feel like the only thing I've been able to accomplish is setting you back. Every time we talk, the conversation drifts toward Nicole and Jason. I fear that every time we talk you are constantly reminded of that whole situation, and it wears at your ability to trust more and more each time. You said it yourself last night that "all ground gained in this area has been lost." That is my fault, and as you have reminded me there is nothing I can say to change that at this point. I asked you two questions earlier, "Where do we stand right now, and what do we do next?" I wasn't just asking you those questions, I was asking myself. Where I think we stand right now is that we both like each other, both enjoy talking with each other, and have a lot in common. Things are pretty strained, and like I said earlier, every time we talk you can't help but be reminded of that entire situation. What do we do next? That is the hard part. I have been the catalyst for this entire problem. Without me, the elements that make the whole issue up never interact. For that reason, I feel that the best thing for me to do is step back. You need time to sort through some things, and that can't happen if every time we talk your ability to trust keeps getting ground down even further. I've never intended you any pain, and I do not take pleasure in this. I know this hurts, but please know it is because it's the only thing I can think of to help you. I've given this alot of thought. I like you, but this is the only thing I know will protect you in the long run. -Andy
