    Doing a radio show whether on the computer like BlogTalkRadio or in a radio studio, like my Brazos Valley Health on KEOS 89.1 FM can provide your life with many challenges.

    I love doing my shows. they require I do background work on the guests and the topics, but I meet new people and learn a great deal. The trick is to be ready when something happens like; the internet connection fails, the pre-record is terrible, the guest is in a very different time zone, the guest doesn't appear, the computer crashes, the stupid blog program won't hold the font or size setting, thus taking more time to use, you forget about the show, you are sick, and many other interesting challanges arise.

    My new moto is always have something to talk about and if at all possible have a co-host so you aren't just sitting there talking to yourself hoping somewhere out there there is someone listening.

    Being a host is great fun. Come join in the fun and do a show or help out with ours, Coffee with an Author.
