    Good Morning Blog Talk Radio bloggers and listeners!

    I am here in Tulsa, Oklahoma with all of the fly lady's team. It has
    been a busy weekend. Today is our last day. I am really enjoying
    meeting the whole team and listening to everyone speak.

    In my presentations I am talking about ways to bring balance into your
    everyday life.
    As many of you are not here in Tulsa with us, I thought it would be
    fun to bring a little taste of Tulsa to you...



    Three of my main messages on how to create a little more balance in
    your everyday life this weekend are:

    Feeling tired, stressed or overwhelmed? Use these tools to help...

    1.Bring your awareness to your body. Think about your feet, bottom
    sitting in a chair, shoulders back and down, head and neck in line
    with your spine.

    2. Bring your awareness to your breath, notice that you are breathing.
    Take a long deep inhalation, and then an even longer deeper
    exhalation. Let your breathe get rid of your tension, tiredness and
    frustrations of the day.

    3. Present Moment. Keep your attention on your task at hand. Whatever
    task you are doing, keep all of your attention on it. When your mind
    wanders, acknowledge your wandering thought and bring your attention
    back to the present moment. This is a great way to let go of worry and
    stress. Creating a peaceful, calm oasis through out your day.
