Gangsta City Radio (GCR) is the mouth-piece for Gangsta City Mafia, Inc. (GCM), a Georgia-based independent record and entertaiment company. GCM's vision is to catapult independent southern rap music; GCM's mission (or as we call it, "The Movement") is to fuse the popularity of crunk and snap music the south is so famous for with hard-hitting lyrical content of emcees from places like New York and California. GCR will host two weekly shows. The first, "Indie Guac: Unsigned Grind," which will air every Sunday evening, will be dedicated to the artists getting that "indie guac." If you are an indie artist, email us and we can get you played and even schedule an on-air interview for the listeners. The second show, "The Bizness of The Bizness," which will air every Friday evening, and will cover different aspects of the business of music. This segment will feature topics such as clearing samples, music publishing, etc., and will feature the GCM attorney.
