  Spammers and PROVE IT

  Hi all!
  
  Now we don't do a whole lot of blogging here on Blog Talk, mainly because we have SO MANY blogs it's hard to keep up with them, but after the events of today's show we decided to post a short blog about two of these events.
  
  Before we start, we want to thank our REAL listeners and supporters. You all have been great and we love you listening and dropping by and talking with us in chat.  We will get around to playing with you on XBL soon, sorry we're a busy bunch so it's not personal.  Trust us, we'd rather be playing Halo too.
  
  Now on to the show..or blog so to speak.
  
  First we had someone who thought it would be fun to drop by our chat room and spam us.  (the rest of this is a personal statement to our little spammer)While we're all about helping support others, please do not do this.  It's called respect.  We'd never drop by your chat room and constantly broadcast our show to your listeners over and over and over and over and then try to disguise it as love.  We know who are our people are that listen to the show, live and downloaded.  They nor WE are stupid. Saying you love the show and then harassing us AND our chat room guests is not love.  It's tacky. We have talked to Blog talk about this and hope they will come up with a solution to the problem of spammers to the problem.   Find a better way to advertise your show.  /end rant
  
  Two, we had a caller who called in and insisted that a game publisher was in fact the maker of missles.  We did look into the matter, as we said we would, and found the following article:

  This article states that the head of Vivendi did work for a civil service company but Vivendi is NOT nor have they ever been owned by that company.  There ya go, arguement settled.  Thanks for bringing to our attention the possibility of an issue though. Keep the calls coming folks!
