Annika Hurwitt Schahn, Ph.D. calls herself a "happiness consultant" and has been in the field of helping people find happiness since 1987. Working as a therapist, organizational consultant and storyteller, she discovered the work of Sydney Banks in 1993, and since then has worked exclusively with his discovery of the principles that underlie psychological freedom and well being. Dr. Schahn is President of The Center for Optimal Living, which provides trainings and workshops in the 3 Principles of Sydney Banks, and is based out of Martha's Vineyard, MA.
