The former Melrose Place star shares her workout secrets and thoughts on posing for Playboy in this week's show.

Fitness Buff Show - The Most Influential Man in Fitness History!

Bernarr Macfadden might be the most influential person nobody remembers. As recently as 1951, the "Father of Physical Culture" was one of the nation's most famous people, influencing everyone from Jack LaLanne to Hugh Hefner to Arnold Schwarzenegger. The founding father of bodybuilding, alternative medicine, and tabloid culture, a publishing tycoon and one of the first self- help gurus, he's the subject of a terrific new biography by Mark Adams. Macfadden's beliefs included fasting, raw foods, drinking lots of (raw) milk, and nude sunbathing. What a perfect Fitness Buff guest! Too bad he died in 1955. Adams, however, will fill in this week to discuss his new book on Macfadden: Mr. America. This week, we broadcast from the Caliente Resort & Spa, the popular upscale clothing-optional destination just north of Tampa. We'll be joined by bodybuilder Tera Guzman and age management guru Debra Crystal in what promises to be one of our most memorable shows ever.

Marilu Henner - Wear Your Life Well

The actress (Taxi, Evening Shade) transformed into a health and fitness guru in the late 1970s after losing 55 pounds. Still busy acting (Celebrity Apprentice, final episode of ER), the perpetually upbeat mother of two teenage sons shares her advice on how you can Wear Your Life Well.
