I'm pleased to be joined by James "Jimbo" Carroll today. He's a huge sports fan and will join me from time-to-time to discuss sports. I'm not sure what credentials  are needed to discuss sports on a radio-blog, but if it helps, Jimbo was a student-athlete when he was a younger man, and I believe his friends lovingly call him D-3 Champ. I played baseball in HS and I jog on the weekends. HA!

Also, we both waste too much time watching sports.  Enjoy the show!

Hudson Fog Radio - Welcome to the Show

    Hi All,

My name is Joe, for this adventure, you can call me Joe Fog. I am very excited to be a part of the BTR community, and I look forward to hearing from you on this blog. Although I am new to BTR, I am not new to world of radio.

I worked in the radio biz for over 10 years. I worked part-time, full-time, overtime. However, after 10 years of being in the biz - I decided to leave it for a few reasons. One, after taking a few years off from school, I decided to go back full-time. There's actually a funny story about me giving a one-month notice - ahhhh to be young and naive - I've since learned that a one week notice is more than enough, anything past a week, and it can get ugly. (Perhaps, I'll dive into that story later)

Anyway, that's a long-winded way of saying that I was a DJ, News Reporter, and everything in between for several years, and I am happy to be back on the air - on my own terms!

At this point I will not be taking callers - just straight-up interviews, but down the road it is a possiblity for certain segments. Please use this blog to share your thoughts.

    Best,

    Joe Fog
