Empty Nesters  

Claudia braved the chilly LA morning air  andJill wo-manned the switchboard.  Claudia reported on the building Oscar excitement at Hollywood's Kodak Theater, home of the Academy Awards.  Closed off street traffic enabled workers to prepare the necessary staging, red carpet area, and the huge Oscar statue, turning the usual bustling Hollywood Blvd into a TV set all on its own.Dr. John La Puma, ChefMD (www.chefmd.com),  visited with the ladies this morning. Dr. La Puma is an internist/chef whose latest book, Chef MD's Big Book of Culinary Medicine, is full of healthy recipes and describes culinary medicine for 40 common health conditions.
