Chad Pittman has a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from UCLA and M.B.A. in corporate finance from USC's Marshall School of Business.  Prior to founding P2O Chad worked as a lead ground systems engineer at the Boeing Satellite Development Center.  His diligent research and analytical abilities shaped P2O’s acquisition strategy, and its development of our target markets.

Strickland's recently published memoir, Make the Impossible Possible, describes his life and his basic recipe to enable success: a mix of high standards, the opportunity to develop unexplored talents and the message that no matter how difficult the circumstances, everyone has the potential to live a rich, satisfying life. Strickland's world-class arts centers and high-level job-training programs have changed the lives of thousands of disadvantaged urban teens, displaced steelworkers and struggling welfare mothers. Now he hopes to foster similar programs around the world.

This is an unbelievable challenge of epic proportions and it knows no racial, class or social boundaries. With no definitive cure and no agreed upon cause, the numbers have been steadily increasing and show no sign of slowing or decreasing any time soon.

By creating a template for awareness events, AID 4 AUTISM LLC stands to gain considerable visibility within this industry as more and more communities realize the need for education, resources, and entertainment.

Companies that align themselves and position themselves early on within this industry will surely see exponential growth as more and more families are reaching out for answers.

Now that he has not only established himself as an eBay Platinum PowerSeller and eBay Certified Education Specialist but also successfully navigated his business through the dot com bubble burst, Lawson is turning his focus to teaching, speaking, and consulting.

“I focus on transitions,” said Lawson. “One big transition is successfully growing something you do in your spare time and on the weekends into your bread and butter. The next change is growing your business from a smaller entity into something more diversified and mature - to take off the training wheels.”

With Lawson at the helm, 3rd Power Outlet (http://www.3rdPowerOutlet.com) has continued to grow over the last seven years, to the point where the company ships over 100 packages a day and consists of a successful eBay store, online store, and blog.
