    You know the feelings: overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, unable to think a complete thought, the urge to cry. None of that sounds familiar?
     
    How about: sick and tired, at your wits’ end, the need to scream STOP and HELP! Life gets the best of us emotionally, intellectually and spiritually - at least once a week - right?
     
    So E Incorporated Founder E. Claudette Freeman knows about the pressures of career, family, ministry, education, finances, health, relationships and other commitments and how all of it can build a seemingly unmovable mountain of emotions right in the middle of your spirit.  She knows it, because she's experienced it.  There has been a tremendous force, after her faith, that has helped her bring clarity, focus and purpose to her life - WRITING. Based on her own experiences of writing her way through the death of loved ones, major medical diagnosis, depression and the desire to be more, she has developed literary-based workshops that encourage the writing to release, writing to claim and writing to live principle.  

    We know that we all need to find a therapeutic and comfortable way to release, regroup and renovate our thinking and our lives. That’s why we are invigorated by the opportunity to offer several of the E-EMPOWERMENT SESSIONS to you in abbreviated fashion here on BlogTalk Radio.

    On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 8am, for half an hour Freeman will lead you on a literary-empowerment journey that will revolutionize your thinking.
