"Your Business LIFE and working CAREER focus on the Journey WITH Your destination in Mind"

Many times our focus is in the wrong direction.  Same goes for the entrepreneur working in his/her business.  Every business needs a leader, the owner or a key person focused ON the future, planning, setting goals to achieve, hiring talented staff and more.

Too often, employees fail to focus long-term on personal career goals.  A job is offered and accepted without much thought as to what the job entails or performance required or expected in the new position.  Usually, the owner or hiring authority has no training or skills in assessing new emloyees.  He/she is poorly trained in hiring personnel, training is by the "seat of the pants" rather than professional experience and knowledge.

Do what you LOVE to do... make your hobby your vocation instead of hating your work and your employer for hiring you for the job.  If you're grumbling, don't want to get out of bed and go to work... get out of there now.  Better career positions are waiting, search for it, seek them out for your long-term success.
