  How to Deal with Artist's Depression

  Step 1

  If you do not have a regular fitness routine, start one.
  
  

  Step 2
  Take a nap. Whether it's half an hour or 10 hours, whatever your mind and body need, that's what you need to take.
  
  

  Step 3

  Write down exactly what you feel is bothering you.
  
  Step 4
  Watch a funny movie.
  

  Step 5

  Remember that this kind of depression is temporary. It will not last forever. You will need to let it take its course, like a virus, but also like a virus, there are ways to curb its effects, and even to shorten them as the steps above suggest.
