Currently in America, 32.9% of adults and 31.9% of children are obese. Today's show will focus on childhood obesity. If we don't focus on the children there will be a whole new wave of obese adults. Studies show that 30% of adults who are overweight and obese were also obese as a child. Tune in for tips on how to turn your little junk food junkie into a clean eating machine!
