    Original Air Date:

Catholic Radio 2.0!: "Bella" Transforms Lives

Who woulda thunk it? "Bella", a small independent film with an unabashed pro-life message, won audiences' hearts and a number of awards in its theatrical release. The DVD has sold more than 500,000 copies since May. But the film has also changed the lives of those who made it and many who have seen it. Catholic journalist Tim Drake has captured this part of the phenomenon of "Bella" in a new coffee table book, "Behind Bella: The Amazing Stories of 'Bella' and the Lives It’s Changed" (Ignatius Press). Tim will share some of these stories with Commander Craig.

  • Original Air Date:

Catholic Radio 2.0!: There Is No "Right" To Privacy

Dr. Janet Smith, moral thelogian and professor at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, joins Commander Craig to discuss her new book "The Right to Privacy." In this book, Dr. Smith sets out to show that such a "right" does not exist in the Constitution and in fact, “the right to privacy that people value is really the ‘right’ to do whatever they like, which often includes transgressing the boundaries of what is properly private.”
