Teens face so many challenges and obstacles in today’s world. Peer pressure, family issues, judgement from friends and the media can have a great impact on a young girl’s self-esteem and confidence. The message is, what you see in the magazines is not the real thing...and more talk on teen self-esteem. •How you really feel about yourself. •How do YOU impact other's self-esteem. •Find your strengths and feel good about who you are. •See how the media impacts the way we see ourselves. Jon me and let's talk Teen-Esteem!

Here are 10 steps to work toward inner peace.
1. Have issues resolved rather than "fixed for now". 2. Be accepting of what is, rather than fighting or resisting the things you can not control. 3. Take responsibility for how you react to others. 4. Become aware of feelings, rather than blind or ignorant to them. 5. Tell the truth. 6. Know the difference between self, ego, mind, needs and past experiences. 7. Catch yourself when you feel an adrenaline trigger. 8. Recognize and inquire about the things that push your buttons. 9. Don't procrastinate, do it! (yet don't fix others). Remember, we can only be responsible for working on ourselves. 10. Make peace part of your routine. I want to add that exercise, meditation, walks in nature are activities that you can put into your routine.
Like working on your 10 daily habits, which is part of my coaching program, adding the practice of creating peace takes time and patience.
Go with the flow and enjoy the process.
