    Your Words Affect Your Healing
    NEVER EVER "OWN" or “BE” YOUR HEALTH DISORDER!:
     

    Checkpoint:
    Verbally separate your personal identity and self esteem from your medical  condition, diagnosis, or prognosis!!!

        
    Non-healing Statement: “I have ___________ (name your condition).”  
                 WRONG approach!!!
    Where is your self esteem and belief in yourself?  Where is your hope?
         Say, "I am having a health "experience."
            An experience is something that comes into your life, and GOES out!!!
            An "experience" is like renting- it has a beginning and a time to move onward and out.
            An "experience" is temporary.
            Your words signify that you own and identify with your disease. It’s akin to saying "I have a child." 

    With that declaration you have given your condition the energy, power, permission and acceptance to stay in your body. Ester Hicks states; “ You must be able to put your thoughts beyond what-is in order to attract something different or something more.” Think about that concept! Practice thinking beyond your current circumstances.


         Non-healing Statement: “I am sick.”

         Your verbiage implies that you have accepted your health problem as the definition of your complete existence and physical being.  “I am sick” is not your name or identity. You are NOT a physical disorder or disease.
    Instead, think of yourself as a person (grandmother, wife, son, friend, husband, your pet’s person) who is “experiencing” a medical issue such as diabetes, arthritis, MS, or Cancer.  You are a Soul whose body is having a health disorder "experience."


          Describe yourself as: “I am a (use whatever fits your life) young mother or grandfather of 3 lovely
          children who is going thru a (fill in your blank- ex Cancer) "experience and learning opportunity.”
          This description declares that
                You have a personal identity (which is not a diagnosis or prognosis- two separate concepts!),
                Your world revolves around and includes more people and things than your problems,         
                and You are not a victim of your health journey.

           Choose to be and speak about yourself as someone who is in the recovery percentile group.
          
    I know people who beat zero survival rates.

    Positive Actions & Attitudes for Overcoming Your Health Problems_____________________________________

    "Cancel, Cancel, Cancel- Next, Positive!":
    Relanguage your negatives to positives.

    The theory behind "cancel, cancel, cancel" is that thoughts have “legs” and ripple effects.

    You have 20 seconds to cancel your word’s energy resonance before your thought becomes an active ripple and begins to manifest (cause and effect).  You must stop every negative notion and deed in your environment whether you ponder it, say it, or find yourself in the presence of someone else who verbalizes or performs something negative.  Use the following technique:


    Say "Cancel, Cancel, Cancel."

    Stating this phrase makes you aware of any negativity, (said out loud, it notifies those around you) and stops the negative energy that you or another are creating through words, thoughts, actions or circumstances.  It also erects an effective barrier against absorbing any negative energy, and repels negative people or situations in your environment. You can't always catch every negative idea that enters your mind, however you CAN negate them!

    After you say
    "cancel, cancel, cancel,"

    Say "Next" to shift your mind and your energy in a new direction.

    And then say "Positive"! to transfer your thoughts into positive intention and action.
    Collectively, these statements redirect the entire ripple effect and keep negative energy out of your energy field and environment.

    Self Monitoring is The Key:
    Relentless self-monitoring (the hard part) makes you become conscious of any and all negativity in your body and life.  Train yourself to make this an automatic response.  Replacing one behavior with another behavior takes about 3 weeks. This technique although difficult, produces great benefits and awareness. 

    Positive statements, deeds and interactions produce a higher frequency in your body which creates a higher possibility to heal. Science has verified that a positive attitude creates a healthier immune system response.  You will erode the positive energy you generated if you continue to replicate negative thoughts and actions and choose to be in the presence of negative energies ( whether they are friends, family, stores, phone calls, emails or situations with “downer” self centered individuals).

    How do you affect your health each day?:
    Negativity barometer test:
    Use the “cancel, cancel, cancel” phrase technique for just one day whenever anything negative arises. You’ll amaze yourself with how much negativity you have grown accustomed to allowing within yourself, your life and those surrounding you.

    How did your thoughts and choices affect your health today?
    Take a test and score yourself.  I suggest you do this daily until negative is deleted. You’re worth it!
         ●  Which of your choices created a healing energy storehouse or depleted and drained you?
         ●  Did any doubt stop your forward progress?

         ●  How many negative thoughts that you’ve had today, lowered your immune system and fortitude?
         ●  Did you allow denial (delayed avoidance) to disempower you mentally and physically today?

         ●  List every negative ANYTHING that lowered your physical frequency today.  
         ●  What did you do today to add laughter, joy and upbeat feelings to raise your frequency?


    Non-healing Statements
    Here are verbal techniques to help you reconstruct your comments and words to support your healing.

    Non-healing Statement: "I'm just so depressed that I can't keep going."  Be sure to add "at this moment."  This language changes the timeframe of being chronically disheartened to a momentary "experience."
    Positive Actions & Attitudes for Overcoming Your Health Problems_________________________________

    THEN Ask God (your Higher Power) to remove your depression. While you're asking, you can't focus on your despondence.  Do YOUR part. Dedicate yourself to breaking this cycle! Then ask for Help!  It WILL arrive.

    Non-healing Statement: "I just don't have the strength," now add "at this moment."
    THEN Ask God (your Higher Power) to give you courage and strength. You can receive that too!

    Non-healing Statement: "I just can't do this anymore," add “at this time" or, "In a few minutes I will be better."

    Non-healing Statement: "I'm just not getting any better." add "Yet."
    You never know what can happen in the next minute. Health is a process that requires stamina! Stop complaining, start steering your self to better circumstances.

     
    Non-healing Statement: "This medicine, procedure or treatment is not working."  add "Yet".  Perhaps some adjustment will do the trick.  Always know, a new healing modality or cure may be discovered this very day.


    Non-healing Statement: “I talked to my cells, and nothing happened."
    It took a while to manifest your situation. It’ll take time to rid you of it. You wouldn't treat friends inconsistently, don't treat your body like that.
    The cells in your body are your most influential friends!  Talk to them all the time, as if your life and health depends on it. 
    It does!

    Non-healing Statement:
    "This is what I have, and I can't do anything about it.”
    Miracles are real, so is remission. Ask for disease reversal. "Ask and ye shall receive." 
    ASK God (your Higher Power) to reverse your disease and to make you physically whole and healed, NOW!  and WITHOUT DELAY! 

     

    Inconsistent Statements: "I can't stand this pain. I don't want to go on like this! 
                                              “I can't take this anymore."        
         You're sending two different signals to your Higher Power.  Do you want to stay or leave?  

         Create a positive turnaround. Add, “Physically heal me now so I can live!”

    Consistency is Essential:

    Don't confuse God (your Higher Power) with conflicting requests. If you want to heal, ask for a physical healing!!!! Mean it to your core!  This is not a time to be inconsistent or wishy-washy with your thoughts or words. Even though you may be having a tough go with your health problems at the present time, by adding positive verbiage, you rejuvenate your focus on healing resolutions.   Creating a positive “spin” to a negative thought leaves the door open for improvement. 
     


    Common Negative Remarks
    Checkpoint: How many of these are you making on a daily basis?


    "I'm trying." 
    Trying is for trying on shoes or clothes or new restaurants.  Trying never does anything. You either do or don’t control your words and environment. You must DO this!  YOUR life depends on it!

    "I'm doing the best I can"....Add "up to this point!!!" 
    Reach into the depths of your Soul's reserves, and DO more!!! 

    “I’m afraid of doing something that is going to give me more pain or enhance my illness.”

    Doctors don’t have the time to go over those fears with you. Support groups just rehash what you’ve got.
    Keep asking question until you are not longer fearful!!! Keep asking questions, keep asking questions.

    Positive Actions & Attitudes for Overcoming Your Health Problems_________________________________

    Make an appointment JUST to ask questions with anyone and everyone that can answer the specifics you need to know.

    “There is no guaranteed that what he says is not going to harm me, and that’s not good enough”
    “This is just devastating my life.”
    Get some perspective! ONLY if you allow it to do so. Just redirect your course, expand your mind and activities, and flow into a new phase of your life.  Evolving is more important than living in your no more functional rut.

    "I don't have any hope left." 
    Hope IS the human spirit. You have the inner strength to get through this.  Even if you don't believe and lack passion for life, there still is Hope. That’s why each day provides a new start. 

    “I don’t know how to be in charge of my life and health. Books don’t’ teach me how, so I leave in to other people that I’m supposed to have faith in to show me how”


    “I don’t know if what I am doing is right for me or hurting me because I am not a medical person”

    “The medical people go for years of training and refresher course, but they still don’t know everything, you have to reply on these people to say yes or no.  They have all the experience.”
    Do not leave all your fate in someone else’s hands!  Do YOUR research and reading to give you the information from which to ask questions. Although if gives you more knowledge it might not be best for your present situation. Your questions will create the path to your understanding.
    so you can eliminate living fearfully.
        ● Not everyone has a computer. Not everyone understands what they read. A person may get the gist of the broad picture, but not how to make it work for specifically for their needs. Ask for a list of reading materials about your health problems.
        ● Ask why you are taking this medicine and what it’s supposed to accomplish. Ask how long you will be taking this.  Is it a preventive medicine or curative?  What are the side effect and possible interactions?
        ● Ask what possible new symptoms or medical complications should you be aware of  and report.
        ● Ask why you are doing a treatment or procedure. Ask how long you will be doing it, and why you are doing the procedure.
        ● Ask what you can do in addition to these treatments to precede getting better.

        ● Ask what foods are best for you.  Ask for the detailed step by step how formulate your eating habits to help your condition. When your body functions better you rest better.
        ● Ask what can you do in addition to any medications to sleep better.

        ● Ask what activities are supportive of your health and not detrimental to your problems.
        ● Ask what activities to be cautious about.
        ● Ask what you can do to prevent further damage or reoccurrences.
       

    "I don't really believe in this prayer, affirmation and positive action ‘stuff'." 
    How is doing nothing working?  What have you got to lose IF it works? 

     

    “I don't have time to…. because of all my appointments, procedures and treatments (fill in the excuse). ”  What a “victim” statement!
    If you cross to the other side, you’ll have nothing but time. Remission or restored health is not an option if you’re not here.  Make the time to choose how you spend your day to facilitate your wellbeing.

    “I don't have the energy to …..” Add “at this time” Then have someone do it with or for you……..
    No energy- no life!  You’ve got enough energy to fuss, therefore  do something constructive. Energy is what keeps you alive. Being positive generates MORE energy.

    If you’re craving and loving the attention that your condition is generating with your “pitiful Pearl” routine, remember people can see through your charade. There may come a time when you REALLY need help, no one will be there for you. You’re better off stating that you “feel lonely, overwhelmed (you fill in the blank)”, and you’ll receive more genuine attention and admiration for your honesty.
    Positive Actions & Attitudes for Overcoming Your Health Problems_________________________________

    “I can’t exercise.” Mental and physical exercise is how you maintain the level of independence that is available to you.  There is physical movement therapy for every physical level, keep moving! Mentally too!

    “I hurt too much.”  add, “I’ll be better in a little while
    Fact- without your mind, you can not register pain. Use these affirmations and prayers to redirect your mind which can change your body’s pain level response.  How do you think people can walk across fire barefooted?  They use their mind over their physical matter.
    Be proactive with manageable painful symptoms. Don’t think that using the above comment to do nothing or to take more meds will completely alleviate your pain. Modifiable pain can be helped by medication adjustment, exercise, therapeutic movement or alternative healing modalities.

    “I am so mad that my life has been stripped from me.”
    Your health pays the price for drowning in your septic tank of anger or exasperation. You must deal with this.
    Instead, focus on the health issue by saying,
             
    "I'm mad at the _( Cancer)____.
    Then say, “I command the _______ to leave my body now,
              and to be replaced with physically healthy cells." 

    “I have to be realistic, it might come back. That thought is always there. I can’t block that out”
    If “it might come back” is in the back of your mind, your doubt is creating an “open door” for that “possibility” which affects your immune system, and your current choices. IF your issue returns, deal with it, AT THAT TIME! Otherwise do not carry “tomorrow’s thought baggage” to weigh down your today!
    You have to step over this thought and focus forward.

    “I’m waiting to see if this will go away, I’ve been through so much.”  Do NOT wait to check out anything that appears to be a new symptom. The sooner you address any issue, the quicker you can get on the road to being healed.

    “I got better, so I stopped worrying about taking care of myself because I thought the medicine had me under control and everything would stay the same.”  As your body ages, everything changes! You need to vigilantly assess and strive to improve your current health condition to prevent set backs and maintain the quality of  your life.


    "I'll do it later. I'm tired"
    Set a specific time to readdress the event/issue.
    There is NO later... No one is promised tomorrow.  Take responsibility for your life, it's the only one you've got! If you wait too long, you may be worse, unable to address the issue OR with your Higher Power.
          

     

     

     

    The Theory behind Talking to Your Cells and Praying for Assistance
