Not 4 nothin Rox. but ive been watching this back n forth thing btween u 2 4 a little while from a distance and ive been biting my tongue n tryna stay out of it especially since me n loooooong havent spoken in quite awhile. But i just gotta say this: For 1 alot of your accusations dont add up. The statement your making about "...in case 'he' or some1 associated with 'him' fulfills their claims and end your life..." really dont make sense being that "he" has moved to the other side of the country. Why would someone who has difficulty traveling move to the opposite side of the U.S. if they were tryna harm some1 who lives on the side of the U.S. that they traveled away from? There are other things that dont make sense but i thought id point that 1 out in particular. In closing I have to say this: your son is not your enemy. All children want from their parents esp. their mother is to be/feel loved and protected. And this is whether said child does or doesnt have any 'perceived' or real emotional or psychological issues clouding thier judgement. That is one fact that remains clear and untainted. A parent usually has great emotional power over their child/ren. I.E.: it takes a whole heck of alot for a child to hate, feel resentment or want to disassociate from their parent. So I would have to assume without knowing that there had to be some type of betrayal committed by said parent in order for a situation to go on such as this. All Im saying is you brought him into this earth so it is your responsibility to lead by example and set the course. Whatever is going on here isnt an example I would want to set 4 my own-it lacks tact and maturity(especially coming from such a well spoken person). All I am hoping is that the older person in the scenario will be the bigger/more adult-mature person and realize they have a responsibility toward their off spring to either make amends or just let it go and let each of you live your own lives void of any petty b.s. and mellow-dramas. If u 2 cant get along-just leave eachother alone-its that simple really. Best of wishes to u both sincerely. ~Zen~

why would you call the people on your own family? anyone in there right mind would keep that and any type of family private matters private.if you respect any and all you would hve keep that shit away from the world!we have our own problems to attend to. keep it real and keep it in your family.how can you help anyone else and you need help with your own family.i don't know you or your son,so it don't matter to me what the situation is, you lost me when you needed outside help to deal with your problems.how do you give help and you need help?that's just a point to ponder!i pray that you are able to find help uniting your family from the obvious devide.it was said to me "there is nothing like a mothers love" so wheres the love.stay true to your membership duties and or obligations as a part of a family!!!!!! Greetings Born To Serve! Thank you for the add and the invite. I too am "born to serve". I am positioned in the Margins and sense many "above" me have difficulty "hearing" me. There is little desire to do so as well as I don't speak in the prescribed style. I know I was highly passionate during my call in to Brother Hemmitt, yet, I recognize that same passion in his tone when he speaks. Coming from me tho, is always "unacceptable". EPIDEMIC FRAUDULENT PROPERTY CONVEYANCE by Roxanne Grinage
City government administrators’ failure to embed steps in their administrative processes that would verify the legitimacy of Property Conveyance Procedures, opens the door for criminals to benefit by Economic Stimulus funding in the form of achieving property improvement grants for properties which they stole through an irresponsible administrative process. City Government Incomplete Administrative Polices enables DEED THEFT. The rightful owner families are obliterated. The criminal gets rewarded with Federal and Local Grant funding for fixing up a home they stole through administrative process. The internet technologies enable the already criminally disposed individual to see the gap of opportunity for DEED THEFT.
Aging and elderly Americans who completely own their homes, free of any mortgage or debt, are having their Deeds stolen from them because of incomplete and irresponsible Title Transfer administrative policies being adhered to by some U.S. cities’ Deed and Title Registrars. Deed Registrars publish and adhere to official Title Transfer policies that announce at official city government websites that Transfer of Title must be registered if a completely filled out Transfer Form is presented to the Registrar of Deeds. City Government Deed Registrar takes no responsibility for verifying identities of fraudulent “sale” parties or phony notaries. The victim homeowner is locked out of their home by the criminal who satisfied the unaccountable Deed Registrar’s published policies which only required a completely filled out Title Transfer form. The crime of stealing the property is aided by the irresponsible administrative policy of the City Government Deed Registrar‘s office. The criminals who stole the Deed are now seen by the city government as property owners.
The DEED STEALING criminals target properties in disrepair so that the run down property qualifies for fix-up grant funding or federal no interest home improvement loans intended for homeowners to make renovations. With Fraudulently Conveyed Deed in hand, the criminal is now viewed by federal and local funding sources as a property owner with stolen Deed in hand, the criminal who stole the property through poorly administrated Title Transfer Policies of the City Government Deed Registrar, applies for and receives federal and local grants to pay for fixing up the property. They immediately run ads in local newspapers to rent the property and begin receiving income from the stolen property as landlords.
The homeowner, many times aging or elderly is homeless. Registrar of Deeds does not have to account to Bureau of Revision Taxes about the unverified “sale” so the now homeless rightful property owner is still responsible for paying the property taxes and still shows up as owning the property at the Bureau of Revision Taxes official policy city government website. The stolen houses were completely paid for by the displaced property owner’s family, many timeS over the period of several generations.
The complaint and court process for the displaced, homeless, victim property owner requires taking time away from work, sorely needed to pay the room rents, extended stay hotels, storage, or opportunistic charges imposed on the victim homeowner by friends or relatives that take the victims into various kinds of undignified living arrangements. The victim is given a package of forms for filing with no way of understanding the forms language or the filing process. Flyers are provided by otherwise unapproachable city workers with contact information for supposed free legal assistance in navigating the Fraudulent Property Conveyance Claim process. The free legal aide centers in many U.S. cities poorly manage client intake and are ineffective for initiating or administrating timely response to quality of life impacting litigation processes. The reality is, there is no quality of life preserving administrative method in place for Americans to recover the fiscal and quality of life losses imposed upon them by EPIDEMIC FRAUDULENT PROPERTY CONVEYANCE.
