Black Male Educator: Myth or Reality: Prop. 48 vs. One & Done; Obama Pours It On; Naval Academy

"We need more Black male educators to relate to black boys." Is this a correct assumption? Where is the basis? Where is the data? Why are White female, the majority of teachers, not held to the same expectation? Proposition 48 mandates that all NCAA Division I scholarship recipients have an SAT score of 700. Is this fair? Are scholarships overrated? Why doesn't the NCAA criticize the meat market that is college football and basketball? If you were a "one and done" athletic would you cheat, if necessary? Obama wants spend all the money set aside for education in the stimulus package. What's that all about? Where's the accountability? The Naval Academy has increased minority enrollment?
