I am a 31 yrs old Male who Underwent a Heart Transplant on August 28, 2008 at NYC Presbyterian Hospital. When I was 24 yrs old a virus struck my heart it enlarged I was diagnosed with viral myocarditis and When I was 11 yrs old I came down with Meningococcal Menigitis which I caught from going to poorly maintained schools. I was cured by a doctor my heart and brain enlarged but I think my heart was still enlarged and caused my heart disease. Today I live almost Stress free due to eating and drinking healthy and finding ways to minimize my stress. This Program is about understanding How Bad Habits are bad and Good Habits are good and how we as humans have so many bad habits whether we are eating or doing something that can harm our health or our well-being. I will discuss all sorts of Topics on this Show. We all take Life in different perspectives in this show I talk about my own aspects about Life and How Life is very Precious gift given to us all and How we all need to live One Day at a Time & Hope for the Best Outcome and by changing ourselves will help us live a longer healthier life.
