Ronald C. Palmer

Ronald C. Palmer

Hi Avis, My name is Ronald Palmer. My father taught at BWI in 1958-1960. He was brought there by Tuskegee Institute. He taught air-conditioning and refrigeration. We were friend with Judge William Holder, Nellie Tway (last name may be misspelled), and the then president Tubman I think. I was 8-10 years old at the time, but have very vivid memories of the campus and the town of Kakata. I also have some slides of Liberia from that era. I can be contacted at ronp50@yahoo.com
