I used to exercise with my mom while she exercised with Jack Lalanne. I am now a Health and Physical Educator because of that influence at an early age.

I grew up watching Jack on our black/white tv and he inspired me then ~ he only just continues to inspire with every year he ages.. Loved it!! Thank you ~
