Today i had the pleasure of interviewing Theo Selles, the President of Integrity Works! Inspired Business. I have to admit, up until today i used "integrity" and "values" more interchangeably. There is definitely a distinction: Values - is individual-based. Each person can own and honor their own personal set of core values regardless of what they are. Integrity - is principle-based. It is about how you align with your values in terms of action and behavior.
