  "D-Day"
  

  On my Friday Feb. 27, show I called for what I termed as "D-Day" to be held on March 26th.  This is to be a nation-wide effort to get people to turn out at their state capitals and hold a rally
  to demand the state legislatures stand up to the Federal Government and stop the threats against the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the Constitution.
  
  it is my hope and desire that we would be able to get tens of thousands of Americans to join together on this day and send a clear and concise message to the Federal Congress and  Courts that we will not allow them to continue to abuse their authority and powers at the expense of the people and the states.
  
  The Founding Fathers believed as outlined in the Federalist Papers, the state legislatures were to be our first line of defense against the federal government encroaching upon our rights in violation of the Constitution.  It is time they were reminded of this important role and we demand they act accordingly. 
  
  I am calling on all like minded organizations or groups to put aside their individual agendas for this one day and join forces to make the event happen.  We no longer have the luxury of time on our side.  i believe the time is now or never.  Americans must join together to right these wrongs and restore our Constitutional principles.
