I'm glad! I thought I was the only one complaining about the lost art of actual letter writing! My friend and I are the only ones who still do it. I also did a "Day Jobs" dedication to Ed McMahon a few months ago.. he inspired me as having more jobs than almost anyone.

The declaration of a force majeure on credit service of U.S. Treasury debt by the United States Treasury, which is tantamount and would be accurately construed as de facto debt repudiation by the United States of America is what Obama and crew are about to drop on America. Obama conceived this manufactured crisis with acorn, gave birth to it just before the election and now acts like he can save America. Obama is a fraud and will destroy America.

Gary will tell us what it was like to be there for the celebration, live from Berlin, Germany. He is there with Michael Reagan, whose father Ronald Reagan's immortal words demanded that "Mr. Gorbachev! Tear down this wall!" Also joining us this evening -- Tim Cox of GOOOH -- Get Out of Our House, about Saturday night's House vote to approve a Health Care Reform bill -- the Saturday Night Massacre.

Attorney Mario Apuzzo and lead plaintiff Charles Kerchner will fill us in on their lawsuit before US District Court, District of New Jersey Judge Jerome Simandle, a case that has been in process since prior to Obama being sworn in on January 20th. The DOJ had been stalling on this case for months in the spring allegedly awaiting some secret deliberations and decisions by some special committee appointed in Washington DC, per court filings for time extensions, to decide appointment of counsel for the multiple defendants for this lawsuit. Those delays allowed the defendants to chew up about 4 months of time in delays. Now the case most recently is being held up awaiting important decisions by the Judge which has been dragging on since August 3rd.
