How HR Training is the key to success. Whether your goals revolve around body transformation, improved overall health and fitness and/or improve athletic performance,Working out smarter and working out in the proper heart rate zones is going to be huge key to your success. When it comes to workouts and achieving our goals, working out more/harder is not the key to success. Rather, working out smarter is the key to success in this is where proper heart rate training will be the key.

During your 9Round workout, our goal is to keep the heart rate within the green and yellow heart rate zone. This way, we will teach our body to become more efficient, in time. What is efficiency? It's teaching the body to be able to work out longer, faster, harder at the same or lower heart rate. That's the key part of the statement, "at the same or lower heart rate." It's not a matter of how hard we work out, rather, it's how hard can we work out… At the lowest heart rate possible.

 If you are ready to get the most out of every workout, working out smarter is going to be a big key to success. When we work out smart, we will increase the body's ability to burn body fat. We will improve overall workout productivity. We will improve the body's ability to recover. We will reduce risk of injury and overtraining.
