I agree with the five solutions you gave. If we implement them, it would improve all relationships. The only thing is that if you're making a positive statement, be careful that you don't cancel it out by making a negative statement after it(or one that can be intrepreted as negative.) Other than that, I have no complaints and I enjoyed listening.
