After losing everything (that's EVERYTHING) thanks to Hurricane Katrina, Valeri has emerged as a force stronger and greater than the wrath of a serious hurricane. With no place to live, Valeri moved to San Francisco and after about 14 months formed an international empowerment group focused on but not limited to women.
