Andrew Sipes is a CPA in South Bend Indiana . He has been preparing taxes for 16 years and owns a Liberty Tax Service. Andy is also a partner in a CPA practice with his father. He graduated from Indiana University at Bloomington and has been married to his wife Kim for almost 17 years. In his spare time he volunteers at his church and plays hockey.
