J.T. Olson is the founder & president of Both Hands Organization, www.bothhandsfoundation.org a unique charity which was established to benefit both widows and orphaned children. J.T. was previously the president of an executive search firm, Haystack Associates. He also spent 23 years with the Southwestern Company in Nashville, TN. I also worked with Southwestern while I was in college, and got to know J.T. as my Sales Manager. His advice from then still helps me today. J.T. has helped hundreds of people from all walks of life.
