We have come to the end of one year and about to enter into another. Right now we can consider that we are in between 2 worlds. We often tend to focus on our future plans and goals many times making what is called New Year Resolutions. I challenge that we look at the lessons we have learned from this past year and see what we can take with us and what we need to leave behind. Issues that have led to or contributed to mental stress, physical health and well being, spiritual growth and setbacks, financial decisions, education, career, family, love, relationships and so much more. Whether past reflections and future vision; Acceptance is the key to serenity.
Come talk with the Counselors about Your New Year Resolutions, How you plan to grow spiritually, mentally, and physically. And does it take a NEW YEAR to bring about change? How will you change through many obstacles and challenges to get to the YOU, you desire?
