Failure is frowned down upon in most cultures with most people. It can be as debilitating as chronic pain and as life changing. However, much like chronic pain, failure can be rehabilitated and turned into success as many people like Oprah Winfrey and JK Rowling have done. Unfortunately, what holds most people back from success is not money, education or age. It's their MINDSET.  Many would like to use this as a crutch and experience cognitive dissonance when told otherwise. However, realizing that failure can be a springboard and not a ditch is essential.

For those in the health care profession, success and failure can be daily happenings but the way we deal with each defines us as well as our clients and patients directly and indirectly.

Today, Bobby Cappuccio joins us to discuss how to create pathways of success from failure. Robert Cappuccio is a co-founder of PTA-Global, an international personal trainer education company. Formerly the director of professional development for the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As an international speaker, Robert has developed and inspired thousands of trainers, managers and industry leaders to facilitate remarkable change in both their lives and their business. Throughout his career, Robert's articles have appeared in various fitness publications, he has been featured in numerous trainer development videos, been a contributing author of two textbooks, has been invited to speak at leading industry conferences and has been highly sought-after by the most recognised health club chains in the world.
