The Brain organizes how we perceive the world. In both therapy and performance, this organiztion can be productive or detrimental. Fortunately, good therapists, trainers and coaches can assist the person in front of them to coordinate themselves to eliminate pain and improve performance.

However, it becomes an easier journey if we have a person who is the rare combination of a guide/librarian/sherpa/curator.
