It’s a warm, breezy Friday evening and you’re walking home from the grocery store. You smile as you pass by a woman walking her dog and several children run past you to catch up with the ice cream truck. What a beautiful day, you think to yourself as you turn down the next side street. You see your neighbor, John, and as you lift your hand to wave at him, you are horrified to see several men appear out of nowhere and surround him. Several gunshots are fired and as the men flee, one of them shouts “This is what happens when you worship God!”

Believe it or not, we are currently in the End Times; America will face trouble and trials during the tribulation period, which is when God will pour out His wrath on the world for rejecting His son, Jesus. We will discuss various headlines from other countries which show us what tribulation will be like:

  • Pestilence
  • Senseless killings
  • Famine
  • Christians persecuted for their faith
  • Powerful, destructive earthquakes and more.

We turn a blind eye towards other countries when things like this occur because it’s not in our own backyard; therefore, we forget about these events or refuse to take them seriously. These events are not for our entertainment or enjoyment; they’re real…and it’s only a matter of time before these same events start occurring in the United States.

The purpose of today’s show is not to instill fear but to simply share crucial information. Hosea 4:6 states, “My people perish from a lack of knowledge.” Many people are not aware of how much God loves us; His word warns us about various events that will occur and he doesn’t want us to be destroyed. He wants us to follow Him so we can have better lives and be prepared for the events ahead.
