WHY IS IT HARD FOR PROFESSIONAL WOMEN TO FIND A MATE?

I hear and read all the time about women say it is harder to find a quality mate when you are a professional women. Is that true? I think as you climb the ladder of success it does get harder and harder to find that someone special.
