Are there people out there who were trying to just get past the holidays and now are ready to face that question? How much should the issue of the kids be involved with the decision? Is “not being in love anymore” a strong enough reason? How long should you be “unhappy” or “unsatisfied” before you move to pull the plug? How much effort should you have put in to trying to turn the situation around? What kind of work should you put in before you make that decision? Input from family and friends? Should you go to a counselor to get their input - individually? -together?
