Mr. Haris Zambarloukos, BSC acquired a BA in Fine Arts from Central St Martin's College of Art & Design and whilst studying in London photographed Debbie Emmin's Docket Box at Shepperton Studios; which garnered a Fuji Film Award. Mr. Zambarloukos received his MFA in Cinematography from the American Film Institute and was mentored by legendary icon Conrad Hall ASC on a Civil Action, after which he shot many commercials, documentaries, shorts in the US, Europe and Central America. In 1999 Haris shot his first US feature Camera Obscura, In 2004 he earned a nomination for Best Technical Achievement at the British Independent Film Awards for Enduring Love starring Daniel Craig and quickly went on to build a reputation through his work on films like Venus starring Peter O'Toole and Kenneth Branagh's Sleuth starring Michael Caine and Jude Law. Some of his other projects include Richard Eyre;s The Other Man, Weinstein's Death Defying Acts starring Guy Pearce and Catherine Zeta Jones and Phyllida Lloyds' larger than life musical version of Mamma Mia! Mr. Zambarloukos has shown a wide range of ability, fulfilling the promise signified by his inclusion in Variety's 2006 list, "10 To Watch: Cinematographers". He is also on the Board Of Governors of the British Society of Cinematographers and is unique perspective can be see in the mega hit Marvel Film "Thor" directed by Kenneth Branagh.
