Jonathan Ross has more than 18 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, distribution & sales, marketing and branding across the entertainment (film, television, and music), media and technology industries. In February 2010, Mr. Ross joined XpanD to create and head a new Content & Distribution division.  XpanD is a global leader in 3D technology and content and holds the No. 1 market share in Continental Europe, Japan and China in terms of deployed 3D cinemas screens.   XpanD is currently developing, producing, acquiring and distributing stereoscopic (native) 3D content for Theatrical (including Live 3D), Television Broadcast, VOD/PPV, Bluray 3D, and for distribution to additional markets such as Educational and Faith-based. From 2008-09, Mr. Ross was responsible for Digital Cinema strategy and implementation for 20th Century Fox where he led the charge across its international markets to help Exhibitors worldwide transition from 35mm to digital-based projection.  As well, he helped forge the distribution and 3D glasses strategy for Fox International on the studio’s very first 3D release ICE AGE 3D (the biggest International Animated box office hit ever) and its next 3D film, AVATAR, the highest grossing film (2D or 3D) in film history.
